1. ECP Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)
As an ECP Therapist at CoCardio™, you will support patients in improving circulation, reducing inflammation, restoring energy, and building long-term heart resilience. You are a calm, attentive presence who helps patients feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout their sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Administer External Counterpulsation (ECP) therapy following CoCardio™ protocols
- Monitor patient comfort, safety, and vitals during each session
- Accurately document treatment notes in the EMR
- Provide patient education with warmth and clarity
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Deliver a consistent, heart-centered patient experience
Who You Are
- Certified EKG Technician OR Medical Assistant (required)
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and excellent with people
- Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or caregiving background helpful
- Comfortable following structured clinical protocols
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
- Calm, reliable, and committed to high-quality preventive care
2. Practice Manager (Full-Time)
Lead a high-performance, heart-centered clinic.
The Practice Manager is the operational anchor of CoCardio™. You ensure the clinic runs smoothly, the patient journey is seamless, and the team is supported. This role is perfect for someone who leads with clarity, compassion, and organization.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Supervise and support staff (front desk, therapists, medical assistants)
- Maintain CoCardio’s standard of a warm, efficient, heart-centered patient journey
- Coordinate inventory, supplies, vendors, and operational logistics
- Ensure EMR, scheduling systems, and workflows run smoothly
- Track KPIs, quality metrics, and assist leadership with reporting
- Support events, community outreach, and clinic growth initiatives
Who You Are
- 3+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience
- Organized, proactive, calm, and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- Able to manage teams with empathy and accountability
- Passionate about preventive, regenerative, and lifestyle-based care
